“Nagomi tomato AKAMARU” variety is fully ripened and carefully grown in healthy soil created under the guidance of experts using rich spring water from Mount Hongu and with reduced pesticides. Instead of using pesticides to kill bacteria that cause diseases, the company has focused on creating optimal conditions by activating microorganisms in the soil, which enables the company to grow healthy and delicious tomatoes with minimum use of pesticides. The sweet and sour tomatoes, which have rich and refreshing taste while being highly nutritious, have been well received for their taste that somehow evokes nostalgia.
This series offers three types of pasta sauces that allow you to savor the natural taste of the tomatoes. “Tomato sauce” packed with the sour, sweet and umami flavors of the tomatoes, the sour, garlicky and spicy “Garlic & tomato sauce” and “Arrabbiata sauce” of moderately spicy flavors. In addition, fruity tomato ketchup with heightened sweetness and tartness as well as tomato juice that lets you fully enjoy the natural flavors of the tomatoes are also available.
