The cuisine is made with the best food the mountains have to offer, so the menu changes 17 times a year according to “24 miniature seasons.” Guests can also take advantage of the specialty menu, which is modified accordingly.
Choueikan is also popular for its natural hot spring bath, where the water flows continuously from the source at a rate of more than 1,000 liters per minute. The water is emptied from the tub during the night and cleaned before dawn every day.
