Building upon a long tradition that brings people together, we modernized our anko (sweet bean paste) sweets to blend Eastern and Western appeal. A modern take on the traditional monaka, anpone combines anko made from 100% Tokachi azuki, our original mascarpone cheese blend, and wafers made with sticky rice from Shiga. The mascarpone cream was specially created to complement the sweetness of the anko, and can be stored at room temperature for up to 30 days. The Japanese style packaging adds to its distinction.
