Arita Sauce is a sauce specially developed to match with delicious wagyu beef. The manufacturer is a farm dedicated to raising healthy cattle in Miyazaki Prefecture’s rich natural environment with quality pasture and clear waters for over 70 years. With the principle of “Aiming for zero chemicals in the land,” through integrated production from cattle feeding to processing and sales, they have been committed to raising healthy cattle and offering them to customers for a healthy life. One day, realizing there was no great sauce to go with delicious wagyu beef, the manufacturer determined to develop one as the expert most knowledgeable in the aroma, flavor and excellence of Kuroge Wagyu beef. Through trial and error, the completed sauce is a delightful blend of the gentle sweetness of mirin (sweet cooking rice wine) and rich aroma of soy sauce that spreads on the palate, followed by flavorful red wine and broth. The rich layers of flavor finally gently ebb, complimenting the savory Kuroge Wagyu.
