Kagurazaka Chocolat
LEGAME Kabushiki Kaisha (Tokyo)
Owner of the popular restaurant Kagurazaka Italian created this chocolate delicacy to be the representative souvenir of Kagurazaka, made to fulfill the features of a great gift: that it is delicious, the giver can gift it with pride, and there is a touch of surprise for the receiver. The package is designed to embody the scenery of Kagurazaka which preserves a traditional Japanese air. Ingredients are selected with care, eliminating additives, coloring and preservatives; using the Noir Collection Ecuador 71, the top chocolate brand of Belgium; unsalted butter produced in Hokkaido; and rich and flavorful Tamura-no-Tamago eggs from Tokushima. It does not use wheat flour so that the natural chocolate flavor can be tasted to the fullest. Be surprised and delighted as the chocolate melts in your mouth, and especially when changing up the flavor halfway by adding a bit of salt. Enjoy the pleasant change in the chocolate’s taste with the softly sweet and mild flavored kettle-boiled salt, called Happy Salt made in Miyazaki. Kagurazaka Chocolat is a creation of the company’s motto to make products that bring joy to both the giver and receiver.
