The excellent sharpness makes it suitable even for demanding professional chefs. The blade length comes available in four types of 210 mm, 240 mm, 270 mm and 300 mm. The ABS handle achieves superb water resistance and durability to a degree unattainable with conventional wooden handles. The innovative design with an amazing selection of 14 colors brought about by Japanese lacquerware technique follows the modern trend while respecting time-honored tradition.
