The premium line of the Yamanashi Kajitsu brand features three varieties of grapes, namely, Shine Muscat, Kyoho and Koshu, all carefully selected from designated grape farmers in Yamanashi Prefecture and only high-quality grapes with the sugar level over 20 degrees are used. The resulting products are 100% pure, not-from-concentrate grape juices of world-class quality produced with exquisite techniques without adding any additives, sugar, water, adjustments and colorings. Overseen by a sommelier, about two to three bunches of grapes are pressed in a unique way to make one bottle. Filtration is kept to the minimum necessary to bring out the unrivaled quality and beautiful colors of the grapes. In addition, the oxygen-free packaging allows the juices to be stored for up to two years from the production date. The small flakes glinting at the bottom of the bottle are tartaric acid crystals also known as the “Wine Diamonds,” the proof of high quality. The bottle comes in an exclusive box and the paper bag of matte black color that exude a luxurious feel.
