Produced by a brewer founded in 1905, the Ume Soy Sauce is an eco-friendly product made with authentic soy sauce brewed in a urushi-lacquered wooden barrel with a traditional method and pesticide-free, organic plums sourced from a trusted farmer. Naturally brewed using only domestically-grown graded soybeans, wheat flour, rice and mineral-rich salt without adding any flavoring, the soy sauce has a clean taste that enhances the original flavors of the ingredients, which goes well with fish, meat and vegetable dishes.
