Cool Linen Mask
Texsil (Ishikawa)
The stylish 3D masks made from the unique Neo Noto-jofu developed by Texsil can be used throughout the year. Noto-jofu is a traditional fabric made of 100% hemp which has been handed down over 2,000 years in Nakanoto town in Ishikawa Prefecture known for its long textile tradition. The company has developed its unique fabric, Neo Noto-jifu, by fusing the traditional fabric with excellent craftsmanship cultivated through long history in the local synthetic textile industry dating back from early Showa era. While hemp fabric is known for being light and breezy, it can sometimes be scratchy against the delicate facial skin. On the other hand, Neo Noto-jofu comprised of hemp and polyester feels soft and smooth to the skin while retaining a cooling, pleasant feel of the hemp. The chic designs also bring out the original texture of the fabric, making the masks an elegant and refined fashion item suited for adults. The fabric is also wrinkle-free and can be washed in the washing machine (use of net bag is recommended) but hand-laundering can further increase durability.
