Blessing of Koshu Jam

Our jam is made with blessings of the Koshu region – white peaches nurtured by Kamanashigawa river, edible Chinese lantern berries grown in Yatsugatake Mountains, and rare blackcurrants (cassis) cultivated on once-abandoned farmland in Hokuto city. The white peach jam delivers a natural sweetness and fragrance, while the Chinese lantern berry jam boasts a rich aroma and the blackcurrant jam lets you savor its sourness and deep flavor. The sugar level is kept extremely low at 37 degrees Brix as it doesn’t contain pectin and only uses beet granulated sugar produced in Hokkaido as a sweetener. Made with care using our unique low-temperature concentration technology, our jam series boasting delicate, natural flavors unique to each fruit is infused with our essence of omotenashi.
