“Kamaboko (steamed fish paste),” which is famous as a specialty from Hokuriku region, is now available in a stick form. As the Hokuriku Shinkansen (bullet train) was launched, this product was developed so that visitors could easily enjoy the local taste while traveling. Carefully selected local foods, including the finest minced fish and subterranean water from Tateyama are used as the basic ingredients, which are then matched with cheese, cracked pepper, red pepper and shrimp, providing a wider range of flavors. By repackaging it into a stick shape, the conventional image of kamaboko is reversed and it can now be enjoyed as a light snack by customers across a wide range of generations. BOUZU, which can be enjoyed at home as well as on trips, is available when visiting Kanazawa and Toyama, and is also perfect as a souvenir for your loved ones.
