The 旬Shun Classic kitchen knife series was brought to life in Seki, Gifu Prefecture, a town known for its production of fine knives dating back to the Kamakura Period in the 13th century. The knife series is meant to embody the “spirit of traditional blacksmiths,” whose philosophy of product manufacturing is concerned with understanding the purposes and habits of users.
