Ryokan HAKKEI serves Yamasato cuisine cooked daily with 50 kinds of vegetables and dashi broth. It is their aim to offer meals using local ingredients. Taste the history, which the okami (traditional chief service manager of a ryokan) and the chef have worked together on for 20 years to create best meals for their guests.
Anyone can freely play the luxury Steinway piano in the lounge. The okami wants to offer a place where guests can spend a relaxed time without hesitation.
The Yubara hot spring boasts soft water quality with a pH of 9.3. The hot water for all the baths – public, private and those for disabled individuals – are from the natural hot spring, flowing constantly from the source.
