In commemoration of our 80th anniversary, we have created a line of delicate sweets that celebrates the flavor of locally grown azuki beans. The Kitami region of Hokkaido is known for its azuki, but there wasn’t a product out yet that was made from these celebrated beans. Kitami Azukiya is a series of Japanese delicacies that includes the standard dorayaki as well as new items such as yuzu flavored Swiss roll cakes. Each item is packed with love and affection for the region where they were produced.
