Using traditional Japanese ingredients that are often overlooked, we created a line of cheesecakes that will have worldwide appeal. They feature selected ingredients such as Japanese wasanbon (refined sugar), black sesame, soy milk, and yuzu fruit – we hope to spread the flavors of these Japanese ingredients around the world. Every ingredient has a story, and special cards are enclosed to share them with our customers.
