The pinnacle of traditional Japanese metalwork, each kettle is formed from one silver plate, and each arare (pattern detail) is painstakingly formed and added, piece by piece. The sharpness of each arare can only be made by hand as machine production rounds off the edges. Zuihodo’s artisans and craftsmen have honed their skills and techniques over many years to be able to create the perfect balance of beauty, stability, ideal weight, and most importantly, ease of use.
