A wonderful blend of the smooth texture of cream cheese and the aromatic flavor of miso, a delicacy that represents the creativity of Japanese cuisine. This product was developed during a difficult time for our company when sales decreased greatly following the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011. Kura-Daigo is the culmination of our drive to continue on in times of adversity. We hope to carry on the tsukemono culture of Japan to future generations by creating products that are in tune with modern tastes.
