Japanese style chocolates made with only the best Awa Wasanbon sugar, a traditional style sugar made from bamboo. Each MARUSANBON is blended with carefully selected ingredients such as black sesame, matcha, strawberries, milk and sakekasu, or sake lees, for a rich flavor. UMAMI CHOCO is a bit more adventurous, combining matcha and 3 fermented foods for a unique taste experience. Low in oil content, WACHOCO travels well and is an ideal souvenir or gift.
