Processed using traditional methods – without any chemical additives – and distilled under careful monitoring for a decade, the 10-year blend is full bodied and does not have the unpleasant aftertaste characteristic of standard fish sauces. Shottsuru can add a unique flavor to your recipes with just a few drops.
