Using the famous Kiseki no Ringo apples from the Aomori area which are grown without any fertilizers or pesticides, Kiseki no Ringo Karinto is a westernized version of the crispy karinto, a beloved Japanese snack. We were just as selective with the sugar that we use, and chose high grade brown sugar to bring out the natural flavor.
