Arare rice crackers are handed-down forms of rice cakes offered to the Shinto gods. Based on a belief that “oishii (delicious)” is a synonym for “safe and reliable,” the company uses only certified organic ingredients, including rice, soy sauce, oil and sugar, to make these crackers.
