Mankai is a new form of rice gift presented by Kyoto’s established rice maker Hachidaime Gihey. Themed after the traditional Junihitoe (layered kimono) of Japan, this series features twelve varieties of individually wrapped rice, each selected for a specific type of cooking by the company’s five-star rice-masters. This product expands the possibilities of enjoying rice by presenting us with an opportunity to express sincerity through rice gifts.
