Nama An Morokoshi
A traditional Japanese sweet with an updated texture
Based on a very traditional Japanese sweet from the Akita region, Nama An Morokoshi is made of azuki beans and sugar but has a very soft texture compared to the original, and melts in your mouth. In addition to the original azuki flavor, we have created a chestnut flavor and amazake (sweet sake) flavor, both using local ingredients. Four seasonal variations are also available for limited periods throughout the year. A perfect gift for those who enjoy the comforting sweetness of azuki beans.
